Honestly I haven't heard anything really bad about the set, except for the Vesta thing....bahh, I remember when I brought up the theme idea with you we both searched FOREVER. Later on when I saw her set after a friend mentioned it when I was telling him our theme, I noticed it was still in member review. Maybe I didn't search there?! I guess I thought if someone else had done it and done it well it would be up but...bah...I still like ours better anyway!!! We're definitely getting some good love! Being a big Dexter fan, I thought your set was very creative and clever, albeit dark (not the lighting). Non Dexter fans may have been distracted or put off by the fake blood. Sounds like you've learned a lot from the experience. Keep being yourself and have fun.

I thought your set was great!! Lots of girls have used fake blood in their sets in the past, I don't see what the big deal is. I thought it was bold and creative. I can't wait to see more of your stuff.

I do have to agree with your thoughts on the SG community. I was first drawn in to this site by the obvious. Hot girls with tattoos and body moods getting all artsy and naked But the community is what keeps drawing me back in over and over.

in many ways, going for "original" comes down to researching that which nobody really knows, then it becomes a matter of reviving an interest to others through your interpretation. it's fair to say that i'm dexter-obsessed like many and it would amaze me if there weren't many photogenic copycats out there
you did a great job. there are a few shots in particular which are on a different level of quality and originality that really stand out. finding the right thematic look is golden.
