Read a book a while back, so long can't remember which one.. though there were probably a few with the same idea.. but at some point tattoos might be animated. like if human Photo/Chromatophores are ever developed it would be interesting to see an animated tattoo, simplest ones are flames, and hearts being pierced by arrows etc.
But only after Arien's most recent set do I now wonder, and oddly that it has taken this long, but what's the correct etiquette for looking at a person's tattoos?
Yes they are there to be seen, but the person isn't a billboard. probably be just as rude, but what I'd end up doing, to just chat with them while taking in the art.
If the animation of a tattoo ran a minute or two... that's a long while to be sitting there mouth agape eyes trained one someone's person. hmmm. would be cool though.

Well, I have to say, my experiences with my boyfriend are much more vivid and meaningful in real life than what happened in my dream. But it was still amazing and relaxing and comfortable and I wish she existed... hmmmm, I had just been at my friend's birthday party hanging out around a bonfire, met some new people, had conversations with my "wife" and my boyfriend made me feel better about my worries. Had a hotdog and some fantastic brownies. Don't know if any of that helps your mission to find the reason!
