Sounds good my dear but sucks about the ritz, This is why home made pizza and good friends is always the way to go. Ask any of the SGUK members who came to my Pirates Vs Ninja party how good that was
do some bread with corn flour
uhm well... its not like bread, its called arepas where i am.
the ingredients. * Pre-cooked cornmeal (2cups)
* Salt -- a pisc. a bit, between fingers (dont know the actual name in english)
* Boiling water -- 3 cups
u have to mix all of this and after you feel its soft but not liquid, you do small balls, like the size of your hand and splash it like doing a paper circle but as tall as 5cms, then u put it in the oven until u see its kind of hard or toasted in the middle and sides.
you can fill this with almost anything, and its definetely make you gain weight. and its really tasty...

As for being vegan and wanting to gain more weight, There are plenty of exercises you gain do to gain weight with the combination of a healthy diet. It worked out excellent for my friend that was in the same situation.
nuts and seeds are so high in fat so they're good. make sure you eat plenty of soya products - soya milk, soya margarine, soya yoghurts, soya ice cream would all be good because even though they're not as fatty as real dairy, they're not that much less fat and they'll be easy to fit in to your diet. You can also just eat plenty of delicious oily pasta and cake and stuff to make sure you don't get too skinny but obviously it's not good to get it all from that. Oh and hummus, baby. And make oatmeal! Very high in fat but healthy and yummy yummy yummy. And mke sure you're enjoying food and eating regularly and properly. Check the vegans group on here too
