okay lets get the christmas thing over with.
it was a nice day spent with toms family. we all ate lunch outside and then played croquet.
this made me think of alice in wonderland and that made me happy.

tom and i made vegan cupcakes (banana & chocolate) and i made frosting for them and then put sprinkles on them. i'm gonna make more for my birthday next week


we haven't decided what to do for new years yet.
neither of us are really too fussed where we are as long as we get to hang out together.
we may go down to glenelg where there is a nice beach surrounded by lots of cafes and restaurants or we may just stay home.
altho new years would be one of my fav holidays it's more about having that great feeling of starting over fresh rather than where i am.
as long as i have good company i'm happy.

i'm looking forward to the new year.
getting back over to melbs will be so awesome!
but before we get to go there is lots of exciting stuff going on here.
tom got accepted into the helpmann academy with his photography, which is a huge deal!
it's basically the best of all the art school graduates in south australia. he was second on the list!
one of his lecturers is on the judging comittee and said there was a guy who is opening a new gallery who saw toms work and 'practically peed his pants.'
it's gonna be awesome exposure for him.
and i get to buy a pretty new dress for the exhibition opening!
