while trying to get ready for tomorrow(1st day of semester), I was updating my notebook. There is an online health scan by the notebook's company. did that this time - and it indicated battery is bad. After going through the live chat to see whatr could be done - they told me that the battery needs to be replaced. And since it is within the warranty- they will replace it free -- however they need to call me and make sure i give them some information -- the way it works is that you need to return the battery in 3 days or else you get charged with the replacement battery- and no refund. Wierd, but I am going to go through the proper procedures with it.
