I think it sounds like a fantastic idea and if there are no arcades around you, then it should be a pretty good success. You just have to deal with emo tweens and teens skipping school and hanging out in the arcade all day lol.
Also, a vending machine or three so that the stoner emo kids skipping school will have something to help with the munchies while they spend all their money on your games lol. (You might have realized by now that I might just have been one of those emo stoner kids skipping school to hang in the arcade lol)
