We had one a couple of years ago. It was incredible! It had a wonderful sausage stuffing - that took care of just about all my favorite food groups.

Sorry you have to work but I hope they save a big ol' plate for you.

Turducken is damn tasty

I did turkey, capon, duck several years back;
ALOT of work but many happy taste buds.
I just saw one in a catalog $150.00: that is scary.
They'd best be saveing you some of the leftovers.
Work had better treat you all well for working on T-day.

Too bad we've been missing each other. What with settling into my new place and my evolving, and sometimes tenuous relationship with Kathy, a good and trusted friend is more important than ever.
