pearlbutterfly:
where've you been?
nyssa:
Hey you! kiss
nyssa:
Yeah, the salesperson told the bride to talk to the photographer about ten times. I was actually almost disappointed that we found our dress there because of the salesperson, but it really was the best one, and believe it or not, the best price.

The good news is that we aren't buying them from that particular store, so she doesn't get any brownie points for barely helping us out!

How are things going out your way? Anything good going on? We should really get together sometime, esp since live about 15 mintues apart.

Just out of curiosity, what high school did you go to?
nyssa:
Oh, Myrtle sounds sooo cute. I really have to get my ass out into my yard and start working on some stuff.

I didn't go to school around here, but my boyfriend went to Marple so I was just curious.

Truthfully, I have this wierd feeling like you guys might know each other, but I don't know why. He's a leo too.

I only know how to knit in a staight line with nothing fancy or anything, and I really really want to learn how. A girl I work with has a knitting circle, but I feel like a dork asking her to teach me, especially since I've kind of hinted and she hasn't said anything. I guess I should just grow some balls and ask her.

We're going to Hershey on Saturday with SGPA, but if anything else comes up, I'll let you know. Half the reason I'm here is to make friends. We're hoping to have a bbq very soon, and I've been bugging him to go out for drinks for ages. What are you guys up to on Friday? Maybe I can convince him that we need to go out for drinks or something.

It was so wierd to come here looking at the girls and then finding out that there was so much else going on.
nyssa:
We live in Woodlyn, right down the blue route or 320 (or 252). I should change it on my profile, but I figured Philly was more general.

Do you know the Broomalls? Their daughter went to Carroll, but she's young, I think her next oldest brother just turned 21.

Yes, please don't invite us to hang out on the not so safe deck!

Definitely soon though... smile

I'll try to work myself to asking her to let me hang out with them some night and see what's what with the knitting. Strange how some things are so easy to ask about and others are aren't. I could tell her I got my nipple pierced, but I'm afraid to ask about knitting...
nyssa:
Only one nipple so there is one that is still, um, usable until the other one heals. I'll be getting the other one done in Sept/Oct, as long as this one is finished healing.

As far as you waiting to get yours done, boobs are kinda always hidden when you're at work, unless you're a stripper or something.

Most of the time even the most lightly padded bra is enough to conceal it. Maybe if you worked somewhere that was always freezing cold you'd need a little more padding.

What do you do?

I left my crappy relationship back at college. It was wierd, my current boyfriend and I met at college, after the crappy relationship, then I wanted to intern at Longwood, and his family lived in Radnor. So, I had a place to stay til we found an apartment, and family nearby now that we have a house. But, I don't really know anyone down here. I have a friend I interned with that lives in Morton, and then just the people I've worked with. So, I was really excited that there were groups of people that hung out in the area here. Ones that wouldn't freak out about tattoos and piercings, etc.

Off to blockbuster, and then I have bridal shower invites to work on.

We'll definitely get together sooner rather than later!
