Well scrimmage wasn't too bad, until people started getting hurt. One of my teammates took either an elbow or a helmet right to the nose, and another good took a bad hit into the wall head first. Of course, the EMTs chose last night to not be track-side, so we were worried. But, they are both fine. After scrimmage I got tacos with Ali and Ron, Pepper, Barb and PJ, and then it was off to Anne's for a little team get together. I ate too much pineapple and my lips and tongue and the roof of my mouth burned and itched all night. I think I might be allergic to it, but I love it too damned much.
On the way home from Anne's, the transmission on the jeep started slipping. Great. Oh yea, and smoke was pouring out the back. So we limped it home, and as soon as we parked liquid started pouring out into a nice puddle of transmission fluid. Oh yea, did I mention this was 11:30 at night and we had to get Tatum to school at 7:30 this morning? Thankfully Jack dropped her off, picked Jay up, and took him to get a rental. The tow truck will be here in about 30 minutes to pick up the giant sack of shit sitting next to the curb.
I got my pics from my photoshoot. I definitely will not be submitting them. Too boring, I look way too uncomfortable in most of the pics. Oh, and did I mention that the photographer posted at least six of the shots on the net already? Yea, after I told him numerous times to not post them anywhere until I had submitted them and gotten a response. So, even if they were fantastic I wouldn't be able to submit them cause they are already on the web. Fuckin' douchebag. Needless to say, I'm not shooting with him again. Nice enough guy, can't listen for shit. I'm supposed to have another shoot tomorrow, but I can't really find anything I wanna wear for the theme/location. We'll see what I can come up with, though.
