Alright it has been awhile, as i have been constantly reminded in the last 2 days. Sometimes life just moves as such a fast pace, i wake up and months have flown by. This weekend is one that i wish would last much longer. I keep dragging my feet, even though i know i should get on the road. Sometimes you forget how much you miss friends until you are in their prescence again. I have spent the last 2 days at the Meaney household. Wow, i miss them
We had an interesting conversation earlier about family and biology. I don't feel so much that biology makes family. Take my freindship with the Meaney family. To me they are family. I am closer to Mr. and Mrs. than i have ever been to my own siblings, and the instant love i felt for the little guy is equal to that i felt for my biological nieces and nephews. The ease and the comfort of having friends that know and love you feels like family. No matter how many months go by between visits, its always a homecoming when we are together. Which is why it is so hard to leave. I miss the days when this kind of comfort, support, and friendship was within 4 blocks.

I am going to eat a grilled cheese now, and then i am going to force myself to get on the road, but i will be sad to do so.
