I honestly have no idea what on earth is wrong with me the past few weeks.
Im constantly cannot wake up, I wake up ay 5.50am… leave at 6.30am… get to work just before 6.40am…. I do my work, stop for breakfast about 10.30am-11am for 20mins… and end up feeling even more tiered and exhausted then before I went on my break. All I do is sit on the kitchen counter, eat, have a ciggy then get back to work.
I finish at 2pm most days so it’s not like I do long days… I get Sundays and Thursdays off…
But like today, I finished at 2pm… had lunch about 2.30pm and then it took me nearly 2hours to do a blogpost as my brain feels like mush and I kept having to get up to make a drink or have a ciggy (cold air usually wakes me) but yee it’s 4.43pm as I’m writing this and I could quite happily put my laptop on the floor, take my glasses off and go to sleep :/
The beginning of the year I started eating as vegetarian and vegan as I could, sadly I do like choccy and ben&jerrys :’) as vegan choccy and icecream is a bitch to get in my town :(
There is the odd day I’ll eat meat…. Altho recently it makes me feel soo ill if I do!
I eat a lot of spinach for iron
I try to avoid wheat as even having just one muffin, donut or bakery cookie gives me horrific stomach pains! It started May last year so I avoid all wheat and sometimes im fine having a cheeky donut…. Other days it makes me feel like I have a knife in my stomach and sternum :/
Okay I’ve kind of waffled on here but I would love some opinions on why I’m so tiered all the time :(
My mum is highly anaemic but she got me tested a few years ago and I was fine but I wonder if now my diet has changed if that’s affected my Iron levels? (I eat spinach most days)
I usually go to bed between 9.20pm-11pm (but usually closer to 9.20pm :P )
It’s just seriously affecting me everyday now and I hate that I’m struggling to spend time on here from this exhaustion :(
