my experience was: first set took two months to go up. second set took four months to go up. i am now waiting for my third set and it's been two months. like everyone else will tell you, it just depends, but it's not fast!
however, once your set has been queued (which you can determine by clicking on the link to the set on your page and where it says STATUS: it will say QUEUED) it's usually about three to six weeks.
