So I'm back to being myself and no longer being sick. W00t! 
I've heard back from two jobs I had applied for this last week. One I didn't think I'd be considered for doing highway maintenance, but if I do get this job I'll need to move out near the Iowa Nebraska boarder and I wouldn't get to see my niece as often as I'd like. My niece has been the one thing thats kept me sane during my unemployment. The other job doesn't pay nearly as well. It's for an Assistant Manager position at Pacsun in the mall. If I take the job at Pacsun I'll be closer to my niece which would be key but be back to making what I was making almost three years ago. Also working at Pacsun I wouldn't see 40 hours each week which would put a damper on my pocket book. Both jobs have advantages and disadvantages and it's going to suck trying to figure out what's best for me right now.
On a different note I got my ticket for Hank III for my birthday next month. I've wanted to see him play for a few years now and it's slowly getting closer to the date. I also found out Ben Folds is playing Des Moines the following week. Now I need to come up with some extra cash for that show as well.
In video games I finished Mercenaries 2 the other day. It was a fun little game but it is a bit glitchy at times. Now I just need to go back and finish the last little bit of The Last Remnant and get some more Tiger Woods 09 in. LOL! Halo Wars comes out next month as well. I downloaded the demo and enjoyed it which was a bit of a surprise since I've never liked an RTS (real time strategy) game before this. I pre-ordered the special edition so I could get the new map pack for Halo 3.
As you can see I finally got a new profile pick up. I'd been trying for a while to get a new pic up but failed every time to get it to work for some reason.
