I hate men who harass and intimidate women. Another manager made comments to one of his female employees about how she should wear tighter pants and low cut tops so his days would go better. This was in addition to a variety of other comments that made this girl uncomfortable.
She was afraid to say anything because she might get her hours cut or this manager might fire her. This girls sister and I are friends, so my friend asked me to talk to her. I got her to tell me what was going on and I called my boss. Last Friday my boss came down to handle the situation, she assured me that the girl would be taken care of.
Today I found out that the girl quit yesterday because her manager has been yelling at her in front of customers and bullying her ever since my boss came down to fix the problem.
I have a responsibility to this girl. She took a chance and told me about the situation in the hope that I would be able to help her. Im sure this other manager thinks that with her gone this is all going to just go away. I wouldnt be surprised if my boss is thinking the same thing.

I work the next 7 days. 4 of the 7 are 12 hour days. Its going to be a bumpy ride.

go get him! go higher up in the chain of command first. check to see if your comapny has a nationwide human resurces director.
