my valantines was really good actually. i had, sort of, a blind date. i say sort of because we met, only once, over a year ago and havn't seen or spoken to each other since. we had a really good time. i'm a little nervous about it because i had so much fun. she lives in seatle so it would be hard for us to have an actual relationship. but she stayed the whole weekend and we both came to the conclusion that we sort of wrapped around each other like a blanket. which is why i'm a little nervous. it so damn comfortable in such a short time.

V Day...went to see Hair High at the Roxie. No biggie.

she's friends with a girl who is about to start working at the salon. they came in and kari and i kinda eyed each other. later i said something and she said something and pretty soon everyone was convinced we'd be perfect for each other. but, as i said before, we both had someone so it was just a passing thing. then last summer we both had break-ups and our mutual friends were on a mission to get us together. she's a smart girl, and kept saying "i want to wait until i'm in a place in my life that i could actually give it a chance", which i thought was very perceptive. anyway that's it in a nutshell. i'm sure there's more but i think that says it all. the funny thing is i am kind of sentimental and i have to be careful about these things, so...

Ha! No, the little champ who won his fight - I went to see some boxing matches on V-Day. They were fun! But, one of my friends had to catch a basketball game so we left early and missed the knockouts!! Oh well, next time.
