Each has its benefits. To shatter would be the quickest and most easy way out. On the other hand, if you meltdown its a much slower and in some cases me painful process. The good thing about a meltdown is that it provides you the opportunity to cool off before youve reached the critical point of no return. That being the case, I choose meltdown, which is what I had.
