food is good.
i never used carts @ costco. so i plug into one yesterday to do my thing because i wanted more than i wanted to carry. go thru and get out the door, down stairs and as soon as i hit the threshold of the property line the wheels lock. wtf? i guess big brother is stopping the shopping cart theft. on my way home it seemed as if the guy in handcuffs next to the cop truck, w/ the shopping cart in the bed, was getting arrested for such theft. is there a new movement out of city hall motivated by the merchants? maybe they all need to get their own wheel locking mechanisms to achieve quality?
