My dear, I've been here for 17 years and I've seen this before. When someone with tremendous skill and imagination creates an exceptional fine work of art, a brilliantly clever, imaginative and original set, it might be popular with the masses. However, I think there is an even greater chance that they will not be excited and just pass it by. As just one example, I've loved music all my life and my very favorite singer- songwriter walked away from it all very suddenly in 2014. No popular success. If you do things for praise from the majority rather than for the pleasure of creating, you are giving your power over your life and happiness to a huge band of uncreative and unimaginative people. Some of us, like the fine gentleman above, are not crude and stupid, and we recognize how very special you are. Intelligence is not a blessing in every way. It allows you create a logical justification for any conclusion, even if it's wrong. A simple person might say, "They don't appreciate my great work. They're all assholes." Sometimes that simple analysis is the correct one. In your case, it is. I'm not saying you have to stay here. I am saying don't take the blame for other people's shortcomings. I'm not a youngster. I've been on this earth a long time and I know what great talent looks like. ❤️

I have ❤️ 10 of your 12 sets in MR (I missed 2 apparently but will go back & check them out now!) & you should’ve been SG a while back. I’ve gotten in trouble before for my ranting about the “secret” formula for becoming SG, the lack of transparency is bullshit. I’m sorry to see you go, but understand & wish you the best. You are a beautiful 💪 young woman & deserve better. Sad also to hear about @darishka, she was one of my favorite photographers & very talented. 🍀 🤗
