Blonde Asian...*sigh*
Hard to maintain! My roots are already growing out and I get a lot of looks not necessarily good ones either. You know those faces, like the face a person makes when they see a zebra without stripes. I don't know what's so odd, it's just hair. I love it anyways, I love being blonde it makes my day so much better waking up in the morning and straightening my blonde hair. ----> I have to really take care of it though. Special shampoos and conditioners. My hair is really thick though so I guess I'm pretty lucky with that, not too much hair loss when I lighten it. Plus I think it looks great with my skin since I love to tan. Blonde + golden bronze skin? I think that's a win.
First lightening session, at my sister's cosmetology school and after that I did not want to go back because I just did not like the outcome as much as I wanted. Yes it was nice but was not exactly how I wanted. They just put bunch of highlights in my hair when I said, "I want no black in my hair, I don't care if my hair is crispy and falling off in the end, as long as it's one color" Nope, still didn't work.
So the next session I had my friend do it, and he did my whole head looked a lot better even though the ends were a little brown. BUT my whole head was blonde!
Go back to my sisters school to get more lightening and they do the same damn technique with the highlights. So I come back out with multi color blonde looking crazy! It has been about 2 weeks since I got it done. I can't even wait to do it again because my goal is to be platinum. They say wait a month or so, well that's a long ass time!
