nope,I didn't study video making and editing I've started just on my own..
I study photography so,very arrogantly I bought video would be the same shit.
But I discovered it's not like I imagined!
Just learned by myself,watching youtube tutorials and stalking my friends who do it professionally..
I was in the same anxious situation,but don't worry!Just believe in yourself and in the skills u think u own and keep on straight..Ask to some friends if they can help you...it's not that hard as it seems..

It was complicated because we left Reykjavik for North one or two day(s) after met you. And during our last day in Iceland we drive all the day because we were in the east and our plane was early in the morning : we slept 2 hours on the airport's parking biggrin
