12 and 93, both have been my hockey numbers throughout the years although they were chosen for different reasons. One was to do with Sesame st, and the other was from a player I admire.
7 and 2 are ... well, it's like when you sit in a class room: it's a comfortable distance from all sides. Without imposing into any real risk, these two numbers even each other out without actually metrically completing each other, when the other is present - they're a little risky in this way, but still safe, being not too far from one whole. They are comfortable numbers. I join them together so that I can have one favourite number and still have both. 27, on the other hand, is too small. 72 is far greater, though still no-where close to infinity. Anything over 100 seems to me like too much of a commitment. Unless, like yours, it has zeros in it, making it feel like you can still get a grasp of the physicality of the number.
