i'm liking today's meditation a lot. good stuff. i wrote it down and put it in my pocket and will ask myself throughout the day.
oh yeah, i finally found my taoist books after my move 3 months ago! joy....
you remind me... a little story... i loaned a beginner book on Zen to a friend of mine and she gave it back. she said she just couldn't get it. too deep? i said. she said yes. this makes me laugh because it is the simplest concept and yet it escapes so many.
...At this stage, the warrior's journey is based on resting in the state of warriorship, rather than struggling to take the next step. The warrior experiences a sense of relaxing in his achievement, which is not based on ego-centered concerns but on resting in unconditional confidence, free from agression. There is no such thing as too much sushi! (I just ate sushi tonight at a place that has half off sushi after 11 on Tues. and Thurs. I know this ssounds sketchy, but it really isn't. It was tasty.)
But my weekend was better, it sounds like, especially on the orgasm front, especially because it was way more than one.
