Moreover, this picture given to me last night, along with an impromptu night shoot has reaffirmed my decision on one of the main things I was debating about changing about myself (I had REALLY been struggling over this, and was beginning to dislike how I looked)--
1) I will NOT grow out my hair just so people see me as "more beautiful".
And that's it. I'll be keeping this shaved head for a long, long time. If some people can't see that it's what makes me happy, and will continue on with the "dyke" and "tranny" comments, so be it.
But I have never felt happier, sexier, and more unique and more comfortable with myself, than with my shaved head.
I'll be keeping the androgynous look for a while yet, mainly because I'm very much in love with Grace Jones, and she is one of my my role models.
