Yeah I know @chroi and @missjcristina so sad & suicide too. So sad. That’s why I’ll never shut up about mental health. It needs to be talk about so no one should be in a state of mind of killing themselves. Too many legends have lost their lives due to being quiet on the subject. Just not right u know!
Yes I agree so important to express our feeling, to encourage anyone that needs help to get it and to reassure them we care and be there for anyone that needs to express themselves even if I don't have anything useful to say back at least show them someone will always be there to listen and they are loved and we care.
