Excellent blog post! I can totally identify with loving Spain. Took a trip there in high school (Spanish Club) and loved every minute of it! I wanted to return so much that I convinced my wife that we should honeymoon there. We stayed in Toledo on our honeymoon and took the train to Madrid. There is nothing like sitting in a plaza, eating tapas and enjoying a cerveza con limon. We also visited Segovia. Spain is a beautiful country and I want to visit again. I want to visit Barcelona next.
Pet deposits are totally ridiculous! I have had pets my whole life, that is until I started living in apartments. My next rental is going to be a house and I expect the pet deposit to be a lot cheaper. Glad you get to live your life with those 2 cats. People who have never had a cat don't understand how loving and as loyal as a dog they can be.
