WTF ..... we had snow in Connecticut this morning 
I was able to sleep for three hours straight without getting up to urinate , for the second night in a row , this is good after only sleeping 45 minutes to an hour at a pop for the past eight months , the bad part was being unable to fall back asleep after those three hours of uninterupted sleep
I was hoping to get some time in the sun today , that's not gonna happen now , as a 11:00am Thursday meeting has been moved up too 1:00pm this afternoon , thus ruining my afternoon at the beach
at least I'll be spending the time with that hot little Kendra 
I will be spending some time in Nevada next week for a project at work , sadly that throws a monkey wrench into my consulting schedule
Saw my nephrologist after lunch today , He is the CEO of Middlesex Memorial Hospital , he wanted to congratulate me on my recovery cause 99% of patients who go through the same ordeal that I did die , and the 1% that survive usually spend what is left of their life in a nursing home . During all my years of bodybuilding , we often joked about becoming immortal , perhaps there may be a we bit of truth in that joke after all
I was able to handle a ton of legal paperwork during my meeting with Kendra , sometimes I wonder what I would do without her
I scored two new books from the great philosophers , Letters From A Stoic by SENECA, On The Good Life by CICERO

I spend most of the night lurking under stall doors checking for kiddies drinking , doing drugs and passing the 21 stamp.
It is kind of fun though. I'm sure when I look back at it. I will be stoked I did it. But tonight I want to call in sick
