I'm taking a three day weekend so I can unwind after a stressfull work week , getting my lawn plugged with Amazoy Zoysia grass today as we have two days of rain coming that will help the plugs take , the cost of the plugs and the installation labor is rather high but only having to mow my 40 acre lawn once a month is well worth it , plus I am saving money by not needing to install a sprinkler system to water the lawn . Sometimes I wonder what the hell I was thinking when I bought this property last fall , at least the back fourty is heavily wooded and requires allmost zero maintenance . The fence around my pond was finished yesterday , I chose a simple post and rail design that doesn't block the view yet fully complies with the city code that requires pools and ponds to be enclosed to prevent accidental drowning of wandering children etc... Well I need to go see the landcaper about planting rose bushes behine the stone wall at the front of my property to provide some additional privacy as the stone wall is only three feet tall

I just caught a couple more trout out of the river out back for dinner
