So, yeah, I know I've been kind of a douchebag in commenting in everybody's journals. I'm sorry about that. It's not that I'm not reading them, I am, I just don't really have anything interesting to say lately. But, I am reading every journal.

I fricking love cheese. So plating a cheese course is fun for me as I get to try the cheese.

We sauteed the sweet breads and served em up with a dijon type of sauce. They were damn delicious.

You should complain, tell them they need a chocolate port pairing, and what the hell is wrong with them.
