I got my Thermaclear today. 
I tried it out and it doesn't hurt nearly as much as some said it would (big babies). It really doesn't hurt at all. The first time you use it on the high setting it gets very warm for less then a second. It catches you by surprise but it doesn't hurt. On some of the more sensitive areas of my face there was a bit of sting afterwards but that's it.

So here's the big question, does it work the same or better? The studies are similar to Zeno's and it's also FDA approved. I think I'll take some pics as I use it to see the results a little more clearly. You know why? I'm a nerd. 
So enough with the consumer report....lol.
