I've been commanded to post a new blog, but I haven't had any profound thoughts to share, and my continuing struggle to find gainful employment is boring even to me. So, I've decided I'll just ramble.

My excitement for the day yesterday was seeing Avatar. I liked it more than I thought I would based on what I'd heard about it. And it was my first 3-D movie experience. That was cool. Kind of like subtitles though, after a while, I'd forget about it - until something really spectacular happened and then I'd be aware of it again. Weird. I bummed I didn't take a second to look back and see all the people behind me wearing dark sunglasses in a theater.

One of the trailers shown before the movie was for the remake of "Clash of the Titans". I didn't see Bubo in it though! Where the hell is Bubo?!

And that Sam Worthington - I wish I could get the work he's getting! I saw online last night that he might even be the lead in the next Mad Max movie. I didn't even know there was going to be a next Mad Max movie!

I also read last night that there's a new Predator movie in the works (thank you Robert Rodriguez). I still love the original Predator... I can't count how many times I've watched that damn movie. lol

Last comment: To anyone who thinks a movie that's a strange mix of... maybe the Matrix, Blade and Crouching Tiger - "Blood: The Last Vampire" is worth checking out.

So, there it is. Not as eye-catching as my last blog, but a blog nonetheless.

*edit* -- The live action "Blood", not the animated one, which I have yet to see.
