Frik n' Frak, I'm so damn tired! Definitely ready for the weekend, even if I do have a butt-load of statistics to study.

Excuse me for a sec, I have to pull bits of pruned grapevine out of my cleavage....

Ok, better. Anyway, the huge, 2nd floor condo that we have been haggling back and forth with the owner about never came down to the price we were hoping for. So, today we withdrew our offer and bid on another condo on the first floor of the same building. It's a little cheaper, and the owners wanna move pronto, so we're hoping for success this time around. I'm sorry, but there are no pics of this place yet. But, it has the same windows as the last, and more in the bedroom too!! The ceilings are crazy high, the kitchen is great, and even though we'll probably have to redo the master bathroom, it's an awesome place!! The owners are really cool. It's to bad they're moving, because they'd make cool neighbors!

We got the condo!! YAY Congrats to us. Can't wait until we move in and can have a housewarming party! Y'all will be the first to know!
