I don't know quite what the deal is but so far I have failed miserably each time I try to add information to my profile -- I hit save and everything erases and I continue to seem like a faceless perv on the internet. But I'm not, I swear!
Me: I'm 22, female, live in and am from California. I'm currently doing freelance graphic design, video editing and photography as work comes my way but am looking for a steady job. I'm also seriously considering submitting a set to SG in the next month or so, though I'm sure I've got the equivalent of a snowball's chance in hell at getting it picked up.
This week I am excited about being at Comic-Con in San Diego... It's one of the only times in the year when I feel like I don't stand out like a sore thumb in Southern California for being different and finally blend in with the scores of tattooed, pierced, differently dressed, quite pale and generally excellent people who frequent conventions like this. Not that I want to blend in, mind you... but it's nice not to feel alone in not getting dressed up in designer clothes and full makeup to go to the grocery store or whatnot.
