Well, I like your story. I'm far more of a cat person - I'm actually terrified of dogs and have been as long as I can remember. I dunno, I feel a real connection with cats. I like their independance and the way that they seem to take a shine to some people and not others.
I was quite the RA2 champion back when I was 18 and living in halls of residence, used to play over a LAN with the guys in the block next to me. Good times.
Cats will warm to you if they want to, that's what I like about them. My old flatmate had a lovely cat that took a like to me, spent her whole time in my room and would scratch on my door and miaow at me if the door was shut to let her in.
I'm not really sure why I'm scared of dogs. I find them very overbearing, loud and unpredictable. I can't 'read' a dog, so they're quite threatening to me. Of course, it has been perpetuated by seeing my sister bitten by a dog when she was young and being chased by an alsatian as a kid too. They're very primative and scary!
Now that's a question. In all honesty, I have no idea. I'd love to see Big Black since they're split up - they're doing a one off show at Touch & Go's 25 year anniversary thing, but it's in America and expensive. Typical!
Bjork because her concerts always look like they're from another world and as well as being an awesome musician she always goes that bit further to make the visual aspect of a concert special. And then there's the live orchestra...
Nirvana/Morphine purely because the 'brains' behind those bands are gone, so seeing those bands would be nothing short of a miracle.
Heh. You have my boyfriend's attitude towards beauty/vanity.
I'd love to change things about myself, I think my body is fine and doesn't need any work, but my face I have a lot of issues with. I have that whole 'average, but not pretty enough' complex. I'm a bit of a perfectionist, though.
I won't deny for a second that it's not from seeing beautiful women everywhere you go, though - TV, newspapers, magazine covers, even this website.
It might be expensive, but yes, pizza is great comfort food. When you're eating it the price doesn't seem to matter, it's only afterwards. Oops.
