I worked biceps and triceps today real hard! The trainer nearly killed me.
I woke up with stomach pains, but managed to get through work from 6 AM to 8 AM. All that chocolate that my mom got me fo V day I think messed me up a little.
Read some chaps. from a new book I bought. It's about the Roman Empire, and their tenacious and down right stubborn refusal to be conquered. These guys didnt fuck around...they were pretty tough (and cruel) when it came to survival. The author does a great job of showing the paranoia that existed within the empire.
