I've been concentrating on cardio but i'm gonna go for a mix of cardio and weights now, maybe chuck in some swimming too.
I'm at the allotment every weekend but depends on what I'm doing as to how much exercise it counts as! I'll take the dogs out a further distance maybe and dig the Wii out a bit more often. Try and do a few different things so I dont get bored!
Wii is the best way to go, when i'm at home that's the only thing i use, and it works really well. Its fun and keeps you interested, better than the gym.
26.5lbs is good... maybe you need to change your gym routine ?
