I do have advice, I owned a business for a number of years w/o knowing a thing. Yeah, it's scary

tips:
1) Pretend that you know what your doing
2) Always admit when you make a mistake
3) Don't buddy buddy with coworkers

Confidence is key. It makes the bosses feel good that they've made the right decision and it inspires those underneath you, but always admit a mistake or because confidence mixed with bad decisions is really bad. Just look at our president.
