If the recipient of the shock has too many layers of clothing, the darts don't make enough contact to be effective. If he had gotten the full brunt of it, he would have been a world of pain. I love his reaction though; the cops were probably pretty embarassed.

Okay, I'm not sure that I would ever volunteer myself for that... but whatever I'll leave that to the men.

I'm pretty sure they had hit him directly, he was only wearing a wife beater and shorts... but who knows. I was in complete amazement like a little kid watching Blue's Clues. And THAT, my friends, is all the matters.
