So she went and saw a lawyer the tuesday before thanksgiving. Apparently she has grounds to file for a divorce.. something like Spousal Abandonment, or something like that. However she wants to do this peacefully and be civil about it.. as after we sell the house neither of us will have too much free money I'm sure.

oh and did I mention the tuesday after thanksgiving was our anniversary.. but she didn't want to tell me then either.. even though I was an idiot and got her a card anyway. I guess technically we made it past the 7 year itch, but we won't make it past 8.
