Wow you can't find anything in the field of an editor? I'd think with all the writing jobs out there the companys would be screaming for editors at any level. Especially ones with a degree. Good luck and keep hunting, preserverance pays off trust me.

What college advisors fail to tell you: Bachelor's degrees from the humanities, arts, and social sciences departments are utterly useless without real-life work experience in your field and/or further graduate education.

You seem like a really intelligent guy, I'm sure you'll prove to be the exception and land a dream job soon.
