I got this from the tigerbeat6 newsletter/ If you don't know who Cex is, please investigate. His early stuff is generally IDM - lots of cool cuts and clicks over nice melodies. Then on Role Model he started getting a bit more vocl. "Academy Award" is the bitchinist track and will alwys be a fav. His latest, Tall, Dark and Handcuffed shows him as a gangsta...a tall, skinny white boy with black finger nails type. His rhymes are swell and the music is a bit more intricate than your typical hip-hop outing.
Plus, he's hella nice, a real charmer. he took time out to talk to me for about 15 minutes after a show to talk about software and file-sharing and the record label. Then he signed my poster...hehe.

scooter-- i'm psyched and thanks so much for coming through -- please get me the track asap! like -- can i get the cd-r by mon/ tues??? don't worry about length, and i mean it COULD be a rough draft right? why not compress the mp3 before sending? it might have a better chance that way -- but yeah i really really want to hear an mp3 really soon!! am sooo excited -- you could also chop it into two sections, right??? okay thanks again so very much.
