To post an image from your profile, right click the photo and select properties. Highlight the picture's URL and copy it to your clipboard. In your journal click on the insert image button and paste the URL in there.

Haven't heard of that phone before I don't know about faceplates. I like to just keep mine default... I mean, I even have the default ringtone still!
