Freddy is back and terrorising a new group of teens who are so traumatised they are now sectioned in a psychiatric ward at the hospital, Nancy the survivor from the original nightmare is now a consultant in the hospital and convinces doctor Gordon that they are telling the truth and are being killed off one by one by a razor gloved wearing child merderer who is resurrected as a dream demon, working with the group she finds they all have an strength and ability they can use in their dreams but they must learn to trust each other and work together, I loved the original nightmare on elm street it's a classic but unfortunately all the sequels were trash made for cheap laughs except for this one maybe that's because Wez Craven returned as did Heather Langencamp and John Saxton from the original, Freddy also appeared more sinister and much less camp as in the other sequels, my favourite part was the sleepwalking scene were Freddy cuts out and uses a kids veins and arteries to control him like a puppet to walk up to the top of a building before cutting them free so he falls, it does have some funny moments too and tbh it's the only nightmare sequel worth watching and while not as special as the first was it's still fun to watch and a good movie for parties
Enjoy the trailer 👻👻👻 and feel free to share your memories and stories of these movies if you've watched them or have others you'd like to share
