I write horrible journal entries these days.
I was conflicted about posting a new entry, because of a certain comment on the previous one, the likes of which I won't get on this or any other for some time. Siiiigh. However, not wanting to open the page to that picture of myself anymore won out.
I've been spending my free time trying to get things in order, working out what I hope to happen with my future, in the next year. And dreaming, too. At least once a day I'll flop onto my bed, lie on my back and dream that... well, that's none of your business. But most of you can guess it.
I got my Zoe Keating cd, bought the new Android Lust one... both of which are AWESOME. I am also now the proud owner of aperfectforest.com. Maybe someday I'll do something with it. But that's what I spent the evening on.
Three weeks until Florida. Three weeks... Disney World, here I come... but the part I'm excited about is checking out the school I may very well end up going to. I want to leave, I want to go, I want to be on my own, and I want to work toward something for the future. Is that so hard? We'll see. I'm giving myself a year at most to get it all straightened out and done.
More people should IM me the way Kris7 does: "Kes, I love you, even though you fucked my wife." If you don't get that... HA.
My silly pal CaseLogic has posted a video he took of me when he came into town to hang out with me this weekend. Instead of giving you the direct link to the video, I'm making you go through his diary because he's a lonely bastard who needs friends. He's got some cute pitures of my brother and I, too. Yes. You KNOW you want to watch a five-second video of me spinning a chair. Seriously.

Hey Kes! Full Sail is an incredible school! I lived in the Orlando area (mostly Winter Park) for six years. I graduated from UCF in 1998. I had a large amount of friends and a roommate that went to/graduated from Full Sail. It's a VERY intensive program with ridiculous hours (regular labs from 2a-6a, especially in the recording/music biz programs), but probably the best in the country in the areas it specializes in. It was pretty small when I lived there, but I went back to visit recently and found that it had grown exponentially in size and even took over a HUGE storefron area in the strip mall behind it's main buildings/offices, and a building down the street a little from it. WOW! I used to say that I wished I had known about Full Sail BEFORE I moved to Orlando, I would've went there instead of UCF. If you want to know anything about the orlando are (apt's, jobs, etc) you make sure to let me know. K? K!
