Anywho.... yesterday I decided to start something for one of the most awesome (in my opinion) SG's on this site; she deserves it... so let's do it!!!

I am still working out deadline details, etc etc. But I want to get the ball rolling; so to speak.
In other news:
I may be putting an offer in on a house... yes.. I know.. 
It's just to try... I may not even qualify for a mortgage yet but...trying is the lesson here. BIG step for me..but this whole living at home thing is just not working out anymore. I at least want to try... but...realistically I probably can not afford it until next fall after my school is paid off...at least...to a maintainable amount.
I'm currently trying to think/plan things coming up; I have Halloween off..so I really want to do something besides sitting on the couch watching the SCREAM channel... alone eating candy and handing out candy to kids like always... and also my birthday is in mid-November and I have the weekend before it off..so I'm hoping to do something then as well....

You could use the year to save as much money as possible. Having a larger down-payment can save you a lot of money in the long run...
