Yesterday was interesting. Took Leeroy to Petsmart with Rebecca to get him some new toys -- he had completely obliterated all his other ones.

So we got him this bouncy toy that looks like a barbell -- he loves to play catch with it, and a stuffed monkey toy that has rope for limbs. He picked that one out. And we got him a bully stick to gnaw on.

Now I had heard that bully sticks were very durable and would last "a while". Well, Leeroy *loved* his. He laid on the floor gnawing on that thing in just utter bliss, but you know how long it lasted? Less than an hour. Holy shit!

Another thing.. while we there, he went up to this other guy's dog to sniff -- just like he's done with hundreds of other dogs -- and it totally latched onto his face! Holy shit! No growling, no warning, just grabbed the side of his face! The dog's owner started beating the shit out of it and it let go. Luckily Leeroy has such a droopy face, he didn't seem hurt. No blood or anything, and he didn't seem too upset about it. Still, holy shit!
