well lets give this blogging mallarky a go then...
its 2007 after all, and in just a few months time i shall be 27. A good time for me to actually write down some shit and try and stand by it/make it happen.
for those who dont know me, which in theory is everyone just reading this, i work for myself and 2007 is looking like a very busy year. However the past few years has not been kind to my bank balance and i NEED a good year to keep the bank manager off my case.
ive got 2 fairly large clients, which should become 3 next week, and i need to make that pay the bills each month. Ive also got a car show organised for August - something i think is unique and should kick off in a big way. The challenge is to make it all fall into place.
Added to that i need to get a custom vw beetle finished that ive been building for the past 5 years. its in paint, just needs time and money that i dont have right now. then theres the '72 vw 411 and '88 skoda rapid. they need to get back on the road. and i need to rebuild my bike so i can be back on 2 wheels.
i miss riding a bike - nothing beats the freedom that comes from being on 2 wheels. hmmm, must get on with that.
it would be nice to get out this country this year, and i wanna get to sweden. theres a big hot rod show in august that ive been invited out to that would be great.
and ive become obsessed with deal or no deal - long live noel, you're a legend - and im determined to get on that show somehow .....
other than that life is good though, so im not gonna moan. its not my style. for me this is quite a nice intro to 2007 and to blogging for me - it gives me something to make happen this year ...........
