So I am road tripping to Kansas because that is where my sister lives. It looks to be quite the most boring route ever.

I need help. Can anyone help us find some interesting locations to stop at or stay at? We would like to stay in a swanky hotel, cost is not a problem. OR an interesting and charismatic hotel that has lots of things to look at and take pictures of. I will be photographing this entire trip in an effort to find some inspiration again. So anything will help. We of course will be making a stop in Roswell because we cannot pass up Alien sites. I can't seem to find any other touristy spots to stop at that are not far off route.
