Those things look kinda cute when they're small. The big ones I'm actually afraid of. I've seen one bite through a broom handle on TV. My boss used to catch 15+ pound ones in his pond. Ick.

now i'm 5 weeks into my 1st kitchen job.. another, larger, shock to the system.

Kitchen work is stressful. I've done pantry work and line cook. It was a lot of fun, though. What kind of work are you doing?
