Had the first of my 4 6hour Bartending classes today. Found out that the test to get certified will be 20 questions... 20 drinks to be exact, and I do mean exact. I have to know the drinks inside and out from glass to ingredients to garnish. Not too bad ur thinking? Well those 20 drinks on the test will be chosen at random from the 150 or so drinks I must memorize at the very least(the "basics"
