Yeah it is pretty mental. I'm tempted to buy it the second it comes out just so I can find out who dies and run through town shouting it at every person in the queue at a book shop. But I'm a git like that!
I find it bizarre people are queuing when you will be able to walk into tesco/wh smith/waterstones where ever is selling it and still be able to get it. It's very strange. I agree on the queuing for Davey Havok tho!
people are crazy =) I dig harry potter only because my kids love the movies but i didnt even want to go wait at books a million with all the kids in costume HAHA
now star wars, there is another story, would camp out dressed as a storm trooper any day!! haha
i know, 2 people at work were queueing up outside tescos to get it at midnight.. personally, i fi wanted the book so badly, i would have pre-ordered it from amazoin, so it was on my door step at 8am when the post delivered the dayit came out.
the 2 people at work are going to read the book this weekend, and have it finished by tomorrow.. and i'm like 'how will you enjoy it?!'
apprently they just want to know what happens... and then they will read it again in a few days.
i thought it was rather odd. I love reading... but i wouldnt be that obsessed.
i couldnt understand why they had to read it so fast, and they were like 'because if i dont the plot will be revealed on the internet within a few hours'
ojay, ive nevere read a harry potter book.. ive only seen the films.. and ive managed to not know what the plot was until i went to the cinema. surely if you dont want the book to be spoiled, you dont go looking for what happenes on the internet?
or is that just me?!
